Dedicated to the Principle of Education for All!

Given the political and social turbulences with which the world has been affected throughout the past decades, higher education in certain nations has become inaccessible to many youth whose political views, belief systems or religious affiliations are not acceptable by their governments.

There are also youth in certain parts of the world who, not only cannot afford higher education; but, more importantly, there are no means of financial assistance available to them because of social, religious or political discrimination.

With the help of well-meaning universities and individuals across the world, E Live Learning is striving to bring accredited on-line university programmes to as many of these youth as possible.

Students who meet the criteria stated above are welcome to apply to E Live Learning for assistance. Please see Candidate Selection! Students are encouraged to visit the page entitled Universities and Programmes, where we have identified some of the universities in North America that offer fully online degree programmes. Once a student's application is approved, we will facilitate enrolment in the programme of his/her choice at one of the online universities.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, a declaration adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on 10 December 1948 at the Palaise de Chailot in Paris states in its article 26 that:
  • Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be accessible to all on the basis of merit.
  • Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.
